What happens when a group of artist friends get together and allow their styles to interact? Only time will tell?
This friendly artist experiment is sure to be provocative and inspiring. Even if there is discourse amongst the resulting expressions, it will prove to be part of the art itself. How will painters, photographers, graffiti artists, video deejays and sculptors make their mediums synch? You’ll have to come see for yourself at Country Club from 7-11 Feb 29th.
The group has been collaborating by merely sharing ideas and scarce sketches, hoping to inspire one another and challenge the next person to bring it. Since the inception there has been no theme from which the talent to draw upon, but a common thread is bound to surface once they enclose themselves in a space. 3 days of adding to one another’s creations, revising their own work, moving pieces around, perhaps even arguing about what should stay or go? This chaotic creation is definitely going to test
the artists boundaries and their friendships.
